If you sit for hours and hours in front of your computer, then you definitely need yoga as much as I do :) For example, I try to sit in a yoga pose while working. It helps me to keep my spine straight and healthy. And a regular meditation practice helps me to relieve stress and tention in my body. It also increases my creativity and gives me a lot of inspiration. :)
