We would like to share a client project we completed some time ago for African Rainbow life.
Overview
African Rainbow Life is a forward-thinking insurance provider, targeting low to middle-income clients in South Africa. With the design of a paperless tablet-based app, ARL's advisers can visit clients in their work and home environment to issue insurance policies on the spot. This solution increases access to financial products in the lower-income markets by eliminating the location barrier faced in these communities.
How we helped
Tasked with designing the tablet app, the process required multiple client workshops and wireframe iterations. We worked closely with both client and development teams throughout the design process to ensure the solution keeps within the compliance and system requirements.
