Alfie empowers hotels and venues to provide a better guest experience with in-app room service ordering, concierge live-chat, and more.

For the venue staff, managing this through a web app can be a daunting experience. The existing web app was functional, but far from optimal.

My task was to redesign the web app interface so that it looked cleaner, neater, and more current, as well as making user's goals easier to achieve.
