Daily UI Challenge: Day 1 Login Signup

Hey!
Thanks for viewing my 1st design. I'm new to the design sector. I just started learning UI design. I had no experience in design. Believe it or not, I marge this shot in Microsoft Paint!! see, what a brilliant designer I am! haha!

I found a site where I started a 100 days UI design challenge. As a new designer, I feel this is great for me to exercise UI design to improve myself.

But I need help from you too.
