File Folder Exploration

Check this shot out, this is from an exploration of a little piece I was trying. I was trying solve for few things here. Users could select few files and group them. It is not always very easy to identify groups (albums/folders) by just the name. And hence, there is a little description and a preview of 12 recently added files.

I wanted to bring in a certain fluidity and have it feel organic. I tried achieving that by blobs in the background and they interact and flow (in water) when user hovers on it. It is almost like a static stationary block has come to life.
