While working on a blog's illustration that talked about helping a grieving team member overcome a personal loss, I came up with this banner. The idea was to acknowledge the fact that the person is struggling. Being in a space where he/she is surrounded by people, yet feels lonely. The pain and the grief consumes him/her and it becomes only his/her to deal with. It doesn’t need to be this way. People do want to reach out, if not help, at-least they want to stand together and offer their support. I have tried to capture the same.

It was fun exercise too. 4 photoshop layers is all it took.
