Banker Dashboard

A visual exploration of a dashboard for bankers to manage deposit account applications filled out online.

First you have a visualization of what the pipeline looks like overall, followed by cards that section up the applications by the main categories. This way, the banker can address the applications with the same mindset instead of having to switch mental modals if all the applications were shown linearly. Applications that are approved or declined are shown in a secondary way because not action is needed and bankers would rarely need to look at those.

Below, the banker can see fraud trends, reports, or create their own reports. The main challenge bankers face with online applications is detecting fraud and they do so by identifying fraudulent trends that come and go over time.
