The FRWRD academy is a welcoming, tough and no-nonsense dojo where you can learn a verity of martial arts. Inspired by Loek Hollander, an important figure for the spreading of Kyokushin in Europe.

Besides the FRWRD academy, there is a separate personal training facility, Sparq. Where you learn how you can properly train yourself through personalised or small group training.
