This lounge branding one is all about the color palette. Dancing between saturation and desaturation, warmth and heat. Subtle contrast can be nice, and in this context what it brings out is a feeling. Not to over-romanticize it but to us, it feels like sun rays reflecting off the ocean at sunset. You know?
