Employee Journey Map Mockup

As a member of a complex information system implementation project discovery team for one of the largest market research institutes in Germany, I participated in a series of design thinking workshops aimed at streamlining operations related to winning new business and concluding contracts.

One of my subtasks was to define the individual phases and steps of internal processes and create employee journey maps for the number of different personas.

These helped to clarify the following actions in the implementation phase.
