UI Daily003: Landing Page

Daily UI Challenge, hoping to sharpen my skills a bit.

A landing page I created for author Jim Butcher's blog site.

Goal: To make visitors aware of his new book, release date, and CTA to preorder the book with links to vendors to do so.

Process: I created a ten 137px square grid and built a redesign hero section for the author's blog site blog.
Redesigned the navigation bar to the top four links, in my opinion, would be the most useful to visitors and tucked the secondary links within the hamburger menu.

Moved some elements around and made the CTA more prominent in the hierarchy.
