At Focus Lab we love SAUCE, which for us means “Seeking to Achieve an Unforgettable Customer Experience.” Sauce could be creating a fun unexpected GIF during a client photoshoot, but can also mean being unafraid to have a tough conversation to help a project be successful for everyone involved.

To celebrate our saucy outlook, we rolled out new internal patches to highlight our teammates that really deliver an unforgettable customer experience.

The level one sauce is ketchup because it is an improvement to almost anything!
