The Legacy Group Custom Mailer

Coming from another large Real Estate Brokerage, The Legacy Group wanted to establish a new brand for themselves at Kentwood. They told me to come up with something fun and quirky, but something that still looks like it's selling $1M+ homes. I was really pleased with my solution, and so were they! This is a custom mailer meant to be sent to potential clients.
