Toggle switch animation

Got inspired by Charles Patterson and his toggle switch.

I liked how he had this illusion of a 3D extrusion (up from the base plane) and decided to push that a little but further.

Also, have you noticed how there's a little bit of a delay before a toggle switch goes back to off sometimes? Wanted to get that "buffering" feeling as well.
