Best practices for meetings

As Gusto has scales across multiple offices and time zones, we're constantly evolving how we work together.

A number of designers on our team researched other company best practices, reflected on our own experiences, and came together to create a guide on working better together.

Meeting best practices is one outcome of this project. By creating digital and physical reminders in our meeting rooms, we hope to help scale a culture of belonging no matter where you're located.
