Ecommerce Service Blueprint Canvas

Hi all)!
It was quite a massive challenge for me to do Blueprint canvas, where I tried to combine an activity of planning and to organize a business’s resources (people, props, and processes) with the relevant user experience process to extract new ways of features developments.

During this process, we extracted the comprehensive user behaviors and directed them in new ways. This Canvas corresponds to a specific customer journey and the particular user goals associated with that journey. We had a lot of created and tested Customer Journey, but this canvas was composed only of the primary user flow. Shortly, we have planned to build another structure of Blueprint and change of the content for another CJM and to test the new audience segment.
