Ecommerce Customer journey map
Hi everyone.
It is part of my job that I have been developing for the E-commerce web app. The main approach was to retain the audience and increase the main marketing KPI:
- Customer satisfaction (CSAT) Score
- Refund/Return Rate (RR)
- Conversion Rate (CR)
- Shopping Cart Abandonment Rate (CAR) and others.
