Karga Kritiko

Karga Kritiko in Cretan Greek translates into something that is truly and authentic cretan. The name was given to symbolize the authenticity of the cheesemaking art followed from generation to generation in order to produce the perfect cretan cheese product. Logo depicts an image from a traditional cretan costume very recognisable of the local culture. It is a fabric belt with a knife crossing it. Very much alike, the knife used to cut a wheel of cheese or the knife in general that is always to be used when needed to cut or manage cheese products.
