BOSS App Concept Board

I was given the brief of designing an app that would be used in an alternate universe based off of a movie genre. I was given the True Crime genre. I decided to delve into the mob sub-category of True Crime and create an app that a mob boss would use. The mobile app Boss has features like ordering hits, banking (money laundering,) keeping track of the family tree, business management, and keeping track of "rats."There are also other useful features, like a kill switch that would wipe all information stored in the app. I based the Boss app off of Al Capone and the 1920s and 30s. The icons are all pretty inconspicuous, including the hero icon. The motivation behind making the icons so generic was to make the purpose of the app less apparent to those who don't need to know.
