In researching realized one of the hardest things to do in exercise is keeping up the habit itself. I think most people generally would like to do at least some exercise to know they are healthier. But how much is some?
I looked to organizations like the American Heart Association and the NHS which recommend around 150 minutes per week.
The app's main goal is to encourage people to have a concrete goal, and try and meet that recommended minimum in total, by the end of the week.
