Design for Citizenship

The project was carried out with an outstanding user-centric perspective and multiple design methods were applied. The outcome was a worthy iF Design Award in the beginning of 2018.

To cut a long story short, the goal of these digital products was to go beyond the minimum baseline that Brazilian laws requires for this kind of digital solutions and build a truly remarkable experience that:

Makes it easier for the population to have access to public ombudsmanship services and also to be able to consult comprehensible information about government incomes and expenses.

Makes it easier for government workers to quickly solve and reply to ombudsmanship requests from the population about public services, and also easily manage an enormous amount of transparency data.
