Human resource hiring platform

The client was a human resources company that wanted to optimize the process with a web platform. The intention was for companies to use this platform as a way to manage the resumes received and for each professional who used the platform to be able to easily identify at what stage the interested parties were in the hiring process.

We worked on two sprints of the project, from a design thinking session to understand the client's needs and idea to the creation of a navigable prototype of the main feature: a Kanban-like dashboard organizing resumes and people by cards and steps.

With this initial prototype, the customer could test with companies to understand whether the product would make their lives easier in the hiring process and continue to invest in product development.
