Learning platform

In this project, one of Mastery's partners worked at Caiena, a development and consulting company. Caiena built a roadmap for the Conviva Project. The objective of the roadmap was to map what would be the focus of the development of the platform in the medium and long term. During its preparation, meetings were held between the design and development teams of Caiena, Instituto Natura and Undime, in addition to workshops with users of Conviva from all over Brazil. Thus, it was possible to create a strategic map with the potential paths for the project, considering the objectives and demands of the main groups involved.
