Home Value Dashboard - Wireframe

I'm currently exploring different ways we can communicate that we have an initial estimate of a customers home but they will then need to have an in-person assessment of their home to receive a final offer. This is just one of my many explorations.

Doing these quick and simple wireframes allows me to get many ideas out quickly and figure out what information works and doesn't based on our customers mental model in this moment.
