Upload page

Would love some feedback on the layout of this page. This is the story upload page, where users will facilitate a simple rich text editor, as well as entering the story title and choosing the appropriate genre. Since that means an odd number of elements (not counting the button) I'm a bit unsure about layout. Any advice would be really appreciated.
