Mindfulness meditation routine: before, during, after.

Hello folks,

In this illustration, I wanted to share with you 3 different states of my mind and my feelings. I usually go through them doing my meditation routine. When the world is dark and grumpy (so am I also) I usually spend 10-15 minutes practicing mindfulness and after it, the big change comes! The world around me is not dark and scary anymore and I feel lighter and more open for anything flowing around me.

I can totally recommend practicing mindfulness for people living in constant stress (which means, everybody in the western world nowadays).
