New ConvertKit pricing page

A few months ago ConvertKit soft-launched a free plan, which meant we needed a new pricing page! The new page went live yesterday and we're running an A/B test of two different designs. This first one shows the differences between our two plans (Free and Complete) in side-by-side tables.
