Animal Alphabet - A for 36 Days of Type 2020
Let's go ! My second #36daysoftype challenge is launched (already a day late...). This year, after concrete and buildings of the previous edition, I chose to take a breath of fresh air! In my childhood I was lucky enough to be able to observe and study wildlife, various animal species in their natural habitats, but what about tomorrow? The future of our world is very unsure... This year, I had a son, and I want to dedicate this challenge to him, to tell and show him what is happening in his world, for his present and future. Therefore I will be designing a bestiary of endangered animal species. It will be created from simple geometric shapes and all in black and white, to adapt to the visual constraints of babies. I’ll take this opportunity to initiate a book project for children.
I start with the letter A and the Albacore Tuna, one of the smaller tuna species classified as near threatened from over fishing.
