Meeting the Cropster Personas: Coffee farmers

At Cropster, we try to gather a deep understanding of our customers. We create personas to better describe their needs, experiences, behaviors, and goals. For each persona, we also come up with an illustration that clearly identifies with them. It shows them at their daily work in collaboration with other coffee people.
We decided to start off with coffee farmers, picking the ripe coffee cherries off their trees during the harvest season.
