1960-2020

It's not every day your mom turns 60. To celebrate, I put together this party invitation. I selected two typefaces that I thought reflected the "Then" of 1960 and the "Now" of 2020, and played around with the negative spaces that the shapes created. I selected a color palette that felt retro and "funky" and juxtaposed it with the more modern "Spotifycation" stying of the photo.

After a few modifications, this is what graced the guests physical mailboxes. Groovy right?
