L.C. iPad Responsive Post Question Pop Up

Showing the responsiveness of a UX problem I've been struggling with at work... e.g. Letting a user post straight to the community, while also making sure they understand we will do a search for similar post matching what they type before letting them proceed to fill out additional details, product info, tags, and even images if they want.
