D&D Armory: Wallet of the Slayer

First pass concept...😂

Wallet of the Slayer:

A small item, easy to conceal, imbued with a dark magic that awards its holder with coin as reward for the taking of a life. The forces behind the magic are widely unknown, making it difficult to trace the origins of this strange accessory.

Features:
•Player must deliver the damage that kills creature
•GP awarded = Creature’s Challenge Rating x 2d6

Bonus "Features":
•Can only hold several (1d6) coins, and good luck getting the stupid things out.
•Coins may be removed 1d4 for every ten minutes you stand around stretching the mouth open and shaking vigorously.
•Attempting to use Wallet of the Slayer, the player must roll a d20 strength check. Anything greater than a 2 and the crappy chain has broken and the wallet is lost.
•When using Wallet of the Slayer for commerce, player must beat a DC 25 in Charisma. Otherwise, all creatures within 20 feet start laughing at your expense.
Cursed: Character suffers -5 in Intimidation.
