User Feedback

We recently received some feedback for a site we had updated. The intention was to give the site a light refresh, introduce some of the changes that the team would like implemented as well as tie it in so we can have a site ‘family’. Reading through the feedback I was aghast as I was the ‘schoolchild’ that was working on it!

It threw me a little, however, I carried on reading through and then finally viewed the attachment. It became very clear what had happened, which is a relief in itself, however, I was determined to make this a positive experience. Thanks to this feedback we as a team found a solution to version important files which would force the users browser to fetch the latest resource file.

So please keep your feedback coming. It will make us, as a team, better as well as improve our sites and products.
