Food system IDSA conference

Each of us has many stories to tell about food. From our grandma’s stew to garbage plate in Rochester.
But food is more than a joy or a great moment and we as modern humans have turned it to a catastrophic complex problem.
We all live in this gient, beautiful and very diverse ecosystem which has been around for billions of years.
This ecosystem is made up of systems in balance. The end of a system is a beginning to another one and this natural way of working provide us all our need from water to food.
But the linearity of our practices has removed and changed some of these balances and create a potentially dangerous situation for our future.
Humans are one of the most complex systems in this world. Like other living species, we also compete to stay alive.the Dopamine in our brain is encouraging is to this competition and seeking food.
