Instacart Shopper App Exploration

After delivering groceries as an Instacart shopper and experiencing first hand the confusion around how to get started as a shopper, I redesigned part of the onboarding experience to help set shoppers up for success. Shopping on Instacart requires lots of multi-tasking on a tight timeline. Where should I park to drop off the groceries in downtown SF? What if I park down the block, how do I carry the 5 bags of heavy food items? These are all things I wish I knew when I signed up to shop. The more transparency and education Instacart can build into the onboarding process, the more likely shoppers will have a good first day of work and sign up to do it again.
