Instacart Shopper App Exploration

After spending one morning as an Instacart shopper (for research), I decided to redesign parts of the shopper app to help improve the onboarding experience for shoppers. (FYI: delivering anything is pretty hard work!)

Shopping on Instacart is complicated with lots of variables to track on a tight timeline. The more transparency and education you can build into the onboarding process, the more likely shoppers will be to succeed.
