Borrowing from familiar social media paradigms, this internal iOS app offers a better way for leaders at ExxonMobil™ to directly communicate with its employees. This initiative was led by Chemicals President, Neil Chapman (now Senior Vice President), wanting to explore new ways to engage with his organization, other than old school email.
Collaborating with our internal iOS team, we designed and developed this app over the course of two months with help from Adobe XD, and some agile sprinting.
