Wireframe - Dashboard

This is a typical wireframe that I'll put together after the user flow is signed off. Generally, I use Axure for this.

Depending on the complexity of the improvement or in the case of a new feature, I'll pull my wireframes together as a prototype in Axure and put this out for user feedback.

If the product already has users, gathering feedback from existing users brings alot of value but I also like to gather some feedback from new users as existing users may have gotten used to sub-optimal UX and don't give a clear picture.
