Welcome Header for an Eco Journey Landing page (First Design)

Exercising for an eco journey company's site. I already made for two options. This is the first design that comes up in my mind. The second design is behind the first. (I want to upload it too but I can't because I'm not a pro user yet). Don't be hesitate to tell me which part that I could improve later. Your advice is matter for me :) .
