Brands that have historically been rigid and fixed are evolving to become far more complex and nuanced. Likewise, our culture has also shifted to become more networked, adaptable, and fluid. As brands evolve and change along with culture, we’re seeing once sacred brand marks and identities transform to encourage variation, reinterpretation, and participation. Modern brands embrace this fluidity instead of trying to control it or avoid it.
