Adding rates - User Flow

As part of the Rate Management System of Cogoport, our aim is to provide suppliers with a process of adding rates through an easy to fill form, streamlining the process and migrating the user to our platform.

User flow gave us a rough idea of different user stories, scenarios, their capabilities and problems faced during the process.

Most importantly, we took a conversational approach. We tried to understand how the process works in real life by talking to the user. Then we broke down and grouped information based on their intent, priorities and pattern of working.
