Workflow Task and To-Do List

This is an excerpt of the start page from a workflow web app we are developing. This shows different open workflows where you or others have tasks to do.

The used colors are the same like the color scheme on the workflows itself.

I also tried to use a text label instead of icons on the left but I think icons are working better if you only have one task per workflow for example. And since this is an internal application most people will get familiar with the icon/color soon :).

What do you think? Does your company have any workflow apps?
