One of the key features of Chili Piper’s Inbox is the ability to see all of the account’s data related to a thread. It enabled the users to stay focused on the conversation without having to check Salesforce in another tab.

There’s so much data in a CRM — how do we know which is the most important? Should we make the view highly customizable or go with a single setup to eliminate complexity?
💡 Meet our solution.
We categorized, prioritized and displayed the information within a sidepanel. It gives users the essentials at the first glance but also allows them to dive deeper without leaving the component.
🤔 What have we learnt?
How the hell Salesforce works. Seriously, in the beginning it was so intimidating to hear about how everything is connected within this system. But once we figured it out, we were able to use it to our advantage.
