Branding and logo design for an arts and culture house

Casa Al-Zhany is an arts and culture house in a remote village in the mountains in Southern Spain. Their main activities are yoga, meditation, free movement dance classes and anything related to promoting local culture as well. Al-Zhany is the name used for the village in Phoenician times and the owner wanted to use it to represent his roots since that’s where he grew up as a kid. I’ve used these symbols to represent the balance between day and night, Ying and Yang, good and evil. The outlines represent an open door to anyone that want to come and join this amazing initiative.
