Adidas - App Design

I lead the product design team for flagship sports app created for adidas global, launching in 5 international markets on iOS & Android. Responsibilites included the design of the core experience, establishing collaboration and delivery principles for designers and developers and defining overall style and aesthetics. After laying the foundations during the concepting phase with flows and wireframes, we then created the complete visual designs with prototypes, a styleguide and motion specs as well.
