Overhanging serifs

Working on proper optical margin alignment for the flip side of my business cards. This side will also be letterpress, either a Pantone grey, or the same blue as the other side.

Anyone have experience with optical margin alignment in letterpress? How much should overhang should I be putting in? At the moment, 40% of the serif is hanging over the margin.
