Conversion/Upgrade Plan Screen
Here's a peek at the original upgrade plan screen for the recent billing changes to Light. The values are off because this was just a front-end prototype that wasn't pulling pricing from the database yet.
The point of this screen is for reseller plans who can choose to have a site they manage be billed to their clients or to themselves.
The actual conversion screen for new sign-ups contains the complete (simple) billing info form.
