Say what you think, then do what you say. This think-say-do cycle is very important in the branding and copywriting aspect. We gotta deliver what we stated in our statement.

The way we tackle the copywriting in Siuroma is first writing the brand manifesto, state the value we believe in and how we see the way we can contribute. Then we use the main ideas in the manifesto as the tagline or core value in each of our sub-service and product. In this case, we can make sure we have a clear structure of how all our products and services align with the brand itself.

The approach we mentioned above is not that suitable for every brand. For a brand that only has a single product or service, normally we will run a research and self-discovery workshop with all the stakeholders, then we explore and filter out the core value of the brand, so we can write the copywriting base on the result we agree on. It is an inspirational process and if do it properly, it always works.
