Mobile OS Concept

A concept for a mobile operating system not much different than most except in two unique areas: there is a single home screen that scrolls vertically as a whole and horizontally by row; and the dock is optionally hidden at the base. The arrows at the outer edges of the rows indicate that there are icons on those ends that can be viewed by horizontally scrolling to them (absence of an arrow indicates an endpoint).
