Daily UI 001 - Survivor Sweepstakes

I'm taking on the 100 days "Daily UI Challenge" on the suggestion of a friend. Day 1 brief is: "Create a signup page, modal, form, or app screen related to signing up for something. It could be for a volunteer event, contest registration, a giveaway, or anything you can imagine."

The newest season of Survivor is currently airing (Feb 2020) and is my inspiration for this shot. I decided to design on the iPhone X screen, when you're watching TV it's most likely you'd have your phone and not a full computer on you. So when Jeff Probst (the show's host) tells you to go to CBS.com to enter the sweepstakes, this is the page you'll see. The information required is really basic and fits the function of being able to contact you if you're picked as a winner for the prizes without being too much information that the user is discouraged to participate.
