Email template design

Wish my first shot was a little 'sexier' but I just got drafted today and wanted to show what I actually worked on this afternoon. This same email template will be used for a bunch of different dating sites, just swapping the headers out. Since these are going out to TONS of people in multiple languages, I have to take care to make sure ALL text is html (no text within images) so that it can be translated and of course I have to follow best email practices. After years of experience doing these emails, we've found the simpler the email the more effective, making sure to keep the focus on the call to action. Also shout out to the Noun Project as my favorite go-to icon spot. Anyone else here do a lot of email design?
